Policy for Excursions & Day Activities

for choosing "Penguin Travels and Tours", a sole proprietorship of
KOLOKYTHAS EPAMEINONDAS. Below you will find the terms governing each booking
for our excursions and day activities.
- Booking Confirmation
Your booking is considered valid only upon
receipt of a confirmation via email. Please check your inbox and contact us if
you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours.
- Payment Methods
Payment can be made: Via credit/debit card
through a secure environment. Via bank transfer (in this case, the booking is
valid only after payment confirmation).
- Minimum Number of Participants
This is set in the booking system.
- Changes & Booking Modifications
Changes to the date or number of participants
are accepted up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Free cancellation for
bookings canceled up to 48 hours before departure. For cancellations made from
48 to 24 hours before the excursion, a 30% charge of the total amount applies.
For cancellations less than 24 hours before or in case of no-show, a 100%
charge of the total amount applies. In case of no-show, 100% of the cost will
be charged.
- Cancellations by the Company
In exceptional cases (bad weather conditions,
safety, technical issues), the company reserves the right to cancel the
excursion, with a full refund or the possibility of changing the date.
- Special Needs & Health
Information Please inform us in advance of any
special needs, allergies, or health issues so that we can tailor the experience
accordingly.
Payment Method
All payments are securely processed through the National Bank of Greece (NBG) - e-commerce within a safe and encrypted environment that complies with the latest international security standards (PCI DSS) -.
We accept credit and debit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard, and other major card providers. Your card details are encrypted and handled exclusively by the bank’s secure payment gateway — our company does not store any sensitive payment information.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your transaction and reservation.
